HJM,re:"Recession don't hurt people who have a lot of $cash ". Ain't that true and simple? Look at Japan. The rich still rich with all those buildings. The poor have themselves to blame being stupid. Do you think the new found Billions/Multi-Millionaires will help AG out by coughing a tiny portion? Or will they 'mandate' AG/Fed/Gov to pump in more? Poor AG ! He has no choice but keep printing out more money or U.S.A is going to beat Japan's record. Japan enjoyed the 80s. USA enjoyed the 90s. I think it is time for someone else to take the term. (China, India, Europe), which one you prefer, HJM?
