OT. Condor, the home I live in now was built in 1906 and we are only the third owners. Lot of oak trim and floors. I re-did the entire inside. Then along comes by kids and 3 feet off the floor, all the walls are a mess. Constantly washing them. I refuse to paint again. I don't have the time now. I did it once. Don't like doing a job twice. Do it right the 1st time and be done with it. Next house will have to be "move-in quality". I should just buy my parents home when they move this year. At least then I would know what I'm getting.
