What was fishy??....ummm... well... for one the lower share count helped them make the EPS numbers and the fact that almost every chip company cautioned about the economy and they said nothing that I recall. Then you have Lehman that comes with a market perform....how could they justify that with such a great CC?? That is fishy wouldn't you agree? The real fishy smelly part is what could come next, IMHO..of course. (Read, PMCS's recent visit to the confessional)
