The Supreme Court allowed Bush to become President.

Other bad decisions by The Supreme Court of the United States:

1857 Dred Scott, a decision which condoned slavery and said that the slave was property and
belonged to the owner.

1896 Plessy v. Ferguson, a decision that established the doctrine of "separate" but
"equal." Strict enforcement of separate but not equal for black Americans.
