M, I think AG will do 3 rate cuts, as that is what he has done in the past. However, I am not sure that they will have much impact on mortgage rates from now on. Short term rates will definitely decline, but longer term rates, such as mortgages, could be hurt by the excessive credit risk that AG is creating. So, I think you will see the bottom in longer term rates within the next week or two.
