I made two mistakes in Post #3630: The correct wording from Fidelity is: Fidelity Investments Designated Beneficiary Agreement provides for the disposition of assets held in a Fidelity non-retirement brokerage account. The designation made under the Agreement will take precedence over any disposition contained in estate planning such as a will or trust.
