Dear Ish, Thank you for your concern. I am Alexander's daughter and I am now responsible for my sister. I do not know how much detail my mother told you about my sister, but she has very advanced MS and is completely incapable of caring for herself. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to find a nursing home that will accommodate her medical needs. She now resides approximately 20 minutes from where I live in a very small facility where her caregivers are very kind and generous people. I can only hope that God continues to give me the strength and ability to take care of her. As my mother's death was completely unexpected, it has been incredibly difficult to accept, as you can imagine. We are trying our best to recover and deal with the things we need to deal with on a daily basis. I know my mother really enjoyed talking to the people in the Coffee Shop and I appreciate hearing any memories of my mother you may enjoy sharing with me. Kind regards, Mary Ellen
