I never did mention the following to the thread. FIC signed a CDMA license with QCOM a while ago. This company's Chairwoman is the same Chiarwoman of Via technology Inc. (that competes very effectively with Intel). Her family's net worth is one of the richest among the world. Her brother is the co-Chairman with Jiang Zemin's son of new foundry built in Shanghai, China. FIC and Gtran (another QCOM licensee) worked together also. LaoDeng. I think the China foundry that QCOM can tie together with will be this new one if Jiang Zemin can hold his power for the next 2 years. Brian H.
