Oh, what a joyous way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
Chocolate heaven!
I went to lunch and the waitress brought our desserts, and gave us two extra to sample. (I put the leftovers in the refrigerator.)

Your peanut butter pie reminded me of one of our favorite recipes:
Herewith

Oreo Ice Cream Cake

18 Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 qt. coffee ice cream
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter

Crush cookies and combine with butter. Press into a 9" square pan. Cover with ice cream and freeze. Combine chocolate, evaporated milk, sugar and 1 Tbsp. butter. Heat until smooth. Cool. Cover ice cream with frosting. Freeze. Serve with a garnish of toasted almonds (optional).
