Note that those numbers are just public utility electricity sales and do not include private generation. The building I work in has installed 5 turbine generators over the last 10 years and takes itself off line whenever the utility requests. Since these numbers are UTILLITY sales of electricity our Summertime usage would not be counted IF WE WERE IN CALIFORNIA, which we're not. Note that the site I'm giving you is Federal, not state, and not related to a LAWYER who makes his change brokering electricity. Thank you for your polite input on this subject. tgptndr
