Thank you bland, for the compliment. You are such a sweetherat. I'm back from exile today. It is springy and warm out, and it was and is good for me to get away from the computer. I, myself, am astounded at how productive and autonomous this thread, which I'd thought of as my idiot bastard son*, has become. A lot of other people have put a lot more work into this than I have. I've only helped fish it out a couple times when it was drowning. As you say, most participants are to be congratulated. I'd name names on some of the more outstanding contributors, but fear I would accidentally omit someone and cause hard feelings. Someone PM'ed me this link. I don't expect to be spending much time here. I'm trying to get to Asia, but granny is failing, and, oddly enough, I'm not in the mood to fight.
