Hi, Greta. going for a job in Powell's State Department means staying in less than 5 star hotels As a thirty year Fed, I'm quite accustomed to the culture of staying in less than 5 star hotels and find that quite appropriate. I'm wondering what that means for us vegetarians.... I'm sympathetic, though, to concerns about the prevailing casual disregard for the sensitivities of ethical vegetarians. It's similar to the casual disregard for seculars. IMO, a little consciousness-raising is in order here. Karen
