I think he flaunted the law in worse ways than other contemporary pols. He was certainly more brazen. I posted this the other day to Neocon.

I can see why the Dems are so enamored. He's like a Merry Prankster. I read an item that said when he took office in 92, he changed the rule on how long former government employees had to wait until they could lobby congress. It had been one year, he changed it to five years. On his way out, he changed it back to one year. Even I had to smile at the sheer chutzpah.
