*Right now, the survivors will be taking a more realistic look at costs and fees.* In the fwiw department, rates for SOHO level DSL seem to have stabilized (in the Bay Area) and are moving up. It is still possible to shop around and find a lower cost provider, but many of the low-end providers have gone kaput, or have been bought up by the big boys on the block with the marketing muscle to make the new prices stick. <g> I've heard rumblings that the co-location ISP's (like Exodus) are taking a similar stance.
