I agree with you on the increasing length of supension per infraction, but there are so many kinds of TOU violations. Should they all be treated the same? Should a serious threat be treated the same as namecalling, for instance?

In some instances, the serious of the infraction should result in permanent exile. I need to do a search for information on the TOU violations that SI views as deserving of banishment. I will post it here when and if located.
