I wonder what they were saying over on Yahoo! to prompt legal action? I haven't looked at the company in a while. Have they ever produced a meaningful study? Otherwise, they will have a tough time developing much of a case. When all else fails (e.g. your drug), sue. Thanks for the heads up.
