$100 says we are over 3500 before April 15, 2001.

Wanna bet?

Limtex,

Well Steve667 convicned me and I'm now a fan of QQQ puts.

Are you using the QQQ puts to hedge your long position or are you heavy in puts as a trade for profit?

Some of us see your posts only when the market is about to head down or has been heading down.
Often in the back of my mind, I envision you as a person who is actually short on the market and is trying to get others frightened into selling their stock and possibly even go short themselves.

That might be the furthest from the truth.
However, it comes across that way only because it's hard to find someone's motivation to constantly show up on the downward headed market days. It's like you are trying to wear us down.

Tokyo Rose had many messages of doom and gloom, but she never claimed to be on our side. <g>
Only kidding of course.

I hope your trades do well for you.

Personally I'm tossed as to which way the market is headed.
One part of me say not to fight the Fed.
The other says to look at the current economic conditions, price of Natural Gas, Oil, the falling dollar, possible war in the Mid East, and many other signs.

I plan to watch the markets closely.
If the Naz breaks down back into it's bearish trend, I'll stay out of the market or short it.
If we successfully retest the lows, I'll buy all my tech favorites.
I don't think I have to commit myself just yet.
There will be plenty of time to buy.

While I'm waiting, I'm doing as much DD as I can on tech companies, gold mining companies, and companies who do well during a recession.
Either way, I hope to be ready.
