I suspect we will have a fairly decent dose of FUD this week. Some BottomShorters have taken a new leveraged position at the 12 1/2 level. Expectations are pretty low after the ML article. If only one of the following happens, we take off big time 1) Financing for Phase III (interest rates down, discussions ongoing, comments will be made at CC in all likelihood)OR 2) LA or other key city rollouts OR 3) Strategic Partner with one of the Bell Cos. OR 4) Rumored restructuring of several of PA's entities including Charter to offer a package which includes R2. Not saying any of these will happen. It's just that given the market, expectations are very low. Any of these will cause the shorts to scurry around. Short Interest is probably higher, but latest numbers are about 65% of the float.
