Not true. Last wk. when he testified before a congressional hearing, Al said that the tax surplus was too high and that you couldn't take that much money out of the economy without causing a recession. Taxes can be too high as well as too low.

Tax cuts are stupid and the only reason anyone is scurrying is because dubya has lit a fire under the American taxpayer,

Which actually was easy to do considering that the tax rates are the highest in our nations history. You do have my blessing to contribute up to 100% of your earnings to the government however seeing as you love taxes so much. I would rather keep mine.
