Paul and Razor,

Although it would be nice if it really meant there was some positive activity or even the most remote promise of same, I'm afraid all that it means is that SSB/Citigroup was unable to dump its 8MM+ shares prior to the stock becoming worthless and still has the shares, and is therefore obliged to continue to file a 13G at the end of each quarter, as they have done consistently.

I believe it is just SSB's reluctant admission of the possession of wallpaper, which I suspect is probably not prominently displayed on the walls of their corporate office.
