Would that be all people of the Jewish persuasion? You know what? I don't care. Even IF those people who money won't help (and why won't it help them when money helps everyone else? I really don't understand that, poor people must have some sort of magic power that makes money not work for them) don't use the money to learn, they deserve it spent on them to offer them a decent and adequate education, because then we can be sure we tried to honor our commitment to public education. Know why? Because some of them may take advantage of it. Know what? We don't know how many would because we've never done it.
