I believe in the cause and I love the idea. I'll be happy to allow any person who is pro-choice to post here, regardless of their other political agendas. It's a core issue for me.

Choice seems a sensible focus issue; others will probably emerge. It is probably not a good idea to focus completely on one issue, just as it is not a good idea to scatter among too many. For broad-based appeal, the environment is always good.

I do think the feminist movement would be well off to focus on issues like abortion rights, sexual harassment, and domestic violence. I think that organized feminism did itself a great disservice and a lot of damage with its obsessive focus on the ERA, but that's another story....

So yeah, ok, abortion it is. What do we do with it?
