I couldnt usually provide direct evidence in the 4 dozen + total scams, frauds & pump & dumps I have exposed over the years. Its not like criminals send out affidavits saying they are committing securities fraud. By the way, I wouldnt toch TXMC either. Folks, generally stocks selling for pennies are total junk who exist so the owners can sell stock & avoid having to get real jobs. There are a LOT of venture capitilists with LOTS of money to invest. If these folks cannot attrack serious venture capital, there is usually a good reason. Take a look at WCAP,RAND,MACC and NKC, each of which is actively LOOKING for opportunities. We are talking hundreds of years of venture capital experience and you think you are smarter than them ? LOL
