When should we see NOKIA royalties for their 3G infrastructure they are purporting to be installing?

This should require a 3G license, would it not?

The time frame of this dynamic is now. There should be an agreement or a court case imminently.

Hopefully, the royalty out of Japan that was reported during the last CC will be the first of many....

That was a royalty report, but, in a f/u question, it was disclosed the amount of royalties was zero.

So I'm hoping that "zero" is not the first of many... <g>
