If it was a law that said planned parenthood had to stop all overseas services I would agree with you. But the law says no such thing. Planned parenthood is free to do whatever it wants in this situation. It might not get these actions subsidized but that doesn't mean anyone is controling it. It would perhaps be extortion if some one was taking Planned Parenthoods money away, but future subsidies that the the orginization has not recieved are not planned parenthood's money. As I said in another post - If I give you money every day, and then tell you I don't like it when you do something and I wont give you any money if you continue I am not gagging you or extorting you. You can choose to either keep doing what I don't like or to keep taking the money.
