JDN--Oh, okay, slavery ended 150 years ago, and racism ended the day that slavery did, is that right? Blacks received quality education, decent job offers, equal rights, voting rights, all that came about the day that slavery ended--nobody was ever lynched, it was all just hunky-frickin' dory, right?

And any black who points out the inequities that still exist in our society, like unequal funding for education, fer instance, why that's just "the excuses bandwagon." Hell, Colin Powell and JJ Watts are black, right? If they can make it, anybody can!!

Dear ecommerceman: At the risk of offending you again might I say those Blacks that got off the EXCUSES bandwagon about something that occurred 150 years ago are doing quite well for themselves. I had several as partners and believe me they did GOOD. Some you may have heard of like JJ WATTS, and SEVERAL on Bushes Cabinet DIDNT MAKE EXCUSES, they went to work like the rest of us and rose above their situation. Thanks for the spelling lesson. I try my best. haha. JDN
