Perhaps, but it seems like SI could have structured a contest open to everyone, by offering 'prizes' that wouldn't give heartburn to their legal folks - like spotlighting the winner on SI's homepage, or some such. I doubt many contestants care much about the money, more in it for fun and to win bragging rights IMO.

There's the mistake, they should'a said Florida can't play, not Arizona. If ya can't count a ballot how ya going to count 5 stocks??????? Maybe we should put a height and weight limit on this too. And I don't even want to start on the racial thing? And what about atheists, who they going to pray to when their stocks tank? And what about red heads, they're just too hot tempered. Should we let bald people in? Anybody wearing glasses out there???? DuGen
