Thanks for your terrific post about network effects and Gorilla Gaming. I have a lot more fun disagreeing with Frank than agreeing with him :), but I've gotta agree with his thinking that it's really great having you around here.

One point I'd like to mention:

1) IMHO the network is constituted “only” by:
A) The installed customer base
B) The value chain.

...Please note that type A usually has either a linear or a many to many connectivity and type B usually has one to many connectivity. Also the size of networks type A is orders of magnitude larger than Type B.


I really got a lot out of that. Makes perfect sense to me. Thanks! I'd only like to remind everyone that, by definition, network Type A is a subset of network Type B.
