<To repeat, NOW is the time to buy....when BLOOD is running in the streets! <

This may only be a flesh wound and the real entrails in the streets type of blood has yet to be spilled. The slowdown in end-user purchases that is being reflected in the latest number(Q4) was before the real drop in consumer demand and confidence set in(which was after Christmas). Add to that the continued power crisis in Calif.(which really got rolling after Christmas) and the spillover into electricity prices elsewhere and you have probably not seen the lowpoint in the economic cycle, yet. The past thirty days have seen a stream of bad news about layoffs and higher energy prices that will severely impact consumer confidence this quarter.

When the diehard believers in the sector throw in the towel will be the time to buy...

This is meant when the companies are bleeding cash and reporting losses.

Name some companies in this sector that have reported losses this last earnings season?

ROBV

When this list is over a page or is too numerous to count, then there is blood in the streets.

I sure hope you aren't on margin. Kind of reminds me of Wiley E Coyote chasing after the Road Runner over a cliff.

FWIW, I'm short to the hilt this group.
