Judith, If A > B, how can A be a subset of B? I was unclear. Thanks for pointing that out. There are different ways to measure the size. By definition, the value chain has more entities because it is made up of the customers, the suppliers, and the third-party providers. Since the customers only make up one segment of the value chain, it's inherent that the value chain is larger when quantified in that context. --Mike Buckley
