EXDS expects to be cash flow positive in '03. they will continue to report losses till then. that is their game plan. so far they have executed according to it. they have huge expenses related totheir build out. but they have huge and increasing revenue. they are investing in their future. this stock offering will give them more ammo to continue to do so. granted, it may revisit the 18 area ( not think 15 gonna happen). i have EXDS as both LT investment and st trader. bot more at 20 3/4 this morning for trader ( i know, could have waited). larry
