Difficult with Mom, difficult with Mom-in-Law as well although not quite as bad there.

Mine has lost her sense of presence; it was all too much for her. But she has not lost her persistence. Her room is on the second floor of a rehabilitation center and, while looking for her today I finally asked the nurses where she was. After about twenty minutes we found that she had wheeled herself onto an elevator and was motoring the wheelchair around the third floor.

Figures she has a go-kart, I suppose. My brother got a kick out of it when I told him. Which reminds me of another story. Is there a link to a news article about a private plane crash in Michigan that you know of? Seems he took it to Santo Domingo on the Dominican Republic and was offered a 1/3rd share in the plane. Changed his mind at the last minute....he had the papers ready to sign but decided that he did not like the deal...and on the trip to Michigan the plane ended up upside-down in trees. Pilots died, the passengers lived.

Even more curious, the passengers were friends of his son-in-law's. Anyway, he feels very lucky to say the least. But I cannot find an article on the Internet about the crash yet.

Anyway, the boys liked the trip regardless of the game. Unfortunately the Giants did not play much of a game. If it was better played we would have had a better time no matter who won out. The game in Tampa against the Bills ten years ago was much better.

I'm heading back down next week, meeting up with my brother to spend time at his place. This family stuff up here has me worn out. By then we shall have determined what our next move shall be for her.

Hope your trading is well. I had an erratic time last week but all in all it was the first ugly week all year. Even then, it was only Tuesday and Thursday; particularly Tuesday.

I also hope things are doing well on the home front. Been a battle up here since last year....breaking loose for these trips to Florida has been the only thing keeping me together in many ways. Texas in not in the cards near term but I'll let you know if it happens.

Finally found that article, it's pretty grim.
