Even HM ($1.3B mkt cap) and Normandy ($1.1B mkt cap) qualify as "smaller" Surprised those two have not merged, but even combined would not be big enough (IMHO) I see Teck is planning on buying the rest of Cominco, which makes me wonder if they will still spin off Teckgold. It is well managed, has 500K prodcution, and despite its small size would be more likely to acquire than be acquired.
