Since Chamber's has already sent out the warnings, it should rally ahead of earnings tomorrow and right into the balance of the week.

It may turn into "sell on the rumour, buy on the news".
I don't believe there is any investor out there that thinks Cisco is not having problems in the current economic environment.

It should not be like NT earnings report of last October that caught everyone off guard and the stock tanked. The problem back then was that very few expected the bad news (that was not even that bad). It was just a shock that there could be any weakness in NT's high growth businesse.
Cisco won't have that problem as it is not going to shock anyone.
