Site updated and I am a bit surprised to be already getting
short term over sold signals on the NASDAQ, NDX, QQQ and a
few key stocks such as EMC, SANM, SUNW etc. Therefore I
guess I have to concede and agree with Don that we are
approaching a short term bottom and should start looking
for the long entries.

Of course the wild cards in this whole equation are CSCO
earnings after the close tomorrow and the elections
tomorrow that Barak is expected to lose.

A lot of news articles today about how bad Japan is with
Banks about to go under, gloomy recessionary views and
threats of businesses going under. Most articles seem to
think they will hold up OK until 31 March when they close
their books for the year and start fresh. That is when
things are expected to get ugly. Not much to worry about
now but something to file away for later next month.

Not much else to say tonight. AMCC gave a psuedo warning
that things were slowing down and that many of their orders
had been pushed back so look for weakness there and in
their sector such as PMCS again. Gauging from the charts
and my signals, I suspect CSCO will be OK and could spark a
rally Wednesday but who knows for sure, charts aren't 100%.

I have no more puts of my own and now only hold LEAP calls
on the QQQ and have the buy write on NTAP. I might dip a
bit more tomorrow but will most likely wait for CSCO's
report before commiting too much more to the long side.

Our indicator is in neutral ground except for the DOW which
is close to signalling a possible sell soon.

Good Luck,

Lee

This is my computer scan only. Computers don't know about
news, fundamentals, Israeli elections, CSCO earnings etc. Do your own DD.......

Fairly even split tonight between buys and sells versus all
sells a few days ago...
