American Spirit: It is difficult to know when stocks such as SUNW, CSCO, or CMTN are "at or almost at their bottoms", which is why I have avoided the temptation to buy tech stocks with the NASDAQ at 2600-2700. I thought ADCT at $15 was a steal ( and, frankly, it is) but it has drifted down to $13.38 in only three sessions.

I still think the NASDAQ will retest the lows several times before it regains its footing. I see the NASDAQ dropping to 2300 or lower from mid-March to mid-April and probably doing it again ( or possibly hitting 2100-2200) during Q2 earnings reporting season in July. That is when I will be aggressively buying tech stocks and the QQQ's.
