It is mandatory. I tried to leave some things blank and it wouldn't accept my offering. Hope you all saw the tribute to President Reagan on Fox last night. Moderated by Tony Snow with 15 or 20 former associates. They told stories and shed light on historical matters like the famous Berlin Wall speech which no one wanted him to give except the speech writer and Reagan. To my mind it was a brilliant move - the commies needed to be embarrassed by their conduct.
