WUWT,

I have heard some sources in the company that King and the BOD had a falling out on the future direction of the company. Probally another factor in the exit was that King wanted to assume the role of CEO. Before the tech meltdown, Snell was satisfied with the progress the company was making, and was devoting time to pursue other business opportunities (Snell is involved in v.HM Homemedia, which is basically a mining shell - homestake - being converted to a tech). With the tech meltdown, I think that Snell felt he had much more time to devote to EMY and its transition to the TSE and beyond.

King was basically a marketing guy, so I'm not sure how his departure will effect future revenues or contracts. However the technical and managerial staff are very competent, and Snell is a proven comodity, all of which I think bode well for the future.

I have been in this one since shortly after IPO and can sleep very well with a very large chunk of EMY in my portfolio.

SG :)
