For the third quarter of fiscal year 2001, the Company reported revenues of $588,000 and a net loss of $1,582,000 or $0.26 per diluted share. In the same quarter last year, revenues were $1,558,000 and the net loss was $1,051,000, or $0.17 per diluted share. For the nine months ended December 31, 2000 revenues were $2,441,000 compared to $5,293,000 in the comparable year-ago period. The net loss for the nine month period of fiscal year 2001 was $4,694,000, or $0.77 per diluted share, compared to a loss of $2,954,000 or $0.50 per diluted share for the same period last year.
