Hmmm, I see your point, since the next-gen network operators/providers haven't had the need to form any good-ole-boy's clubs (yet?) that they could have asked. They're too busy doing real work. I was thinking more along the lines of asking the individual companies, e.g. overbuilders, if this gives them added incentive (but I guess the answer here is equally as obvious as the answer to the contrary from the legacy bell boys {as in baggage carriers er uh haulers}). re:"How did that Center Street piece find its way into your post, btw?
