Hey Speedy -- I especially like the part where they plan to run NEET to $5. lolol As of May 31, 2000, warrants to purchase 668,000 shares of common stock were outstanding at an exercise price of $5.00 per share. The warrants are exercisable at the option of the holders on or before December 31, 2000. This may be an effort aimed at getting these warrants exercised by pushing NEET up above $5.00 a share. I will say that I am mystified at this insider share statement, given the stock was trading around .12 at the time. biz.yahoo.com On the plus side, thanks for posting that reminder of what a scamola FEVI is. "Last Thursday evening" Interesting....I never saw anything until after the news on Friday......hmmm if this is true there was someone frontrunning it.....LOL if so I guess they were gone early, and that's why it shook down after the news Friday while those fools whacked the bid....and we got in at .06 .065 .07 etc.
