Bob, certainly Jim Fair and other NVLS employees videotaped going to the bathroom by a hidden Varian camera have a right to seek punitive damages for being so violated, right? Of course they do! Look Bob, don't you believe that seeing the list of NVLS employees and NVLS customers whose bathroom privacy was violated by this scary Susan B. Felch and her special camera is in the interest of justice? Of course you do! Please, don't fault Jim Fair and don't fault me, Bob! Ron Powell is the next NVLS witness scheduled for deposition.
