Ice cube. I bag to differ on the issue of no financing to Dot Coms. (Although I see PNLK more of an infrastructure play) I am looking at just one of SEVERAL articles I have run across recently. This one (Business Week, Jan 15)
"Give me your tired .COM, your poor .com" Eco Associate rehabs Net Casualties for resale. Scott J. Hyten is the
man to talk and I am sure if you run a search on the Web you will track them down.

They have invested: 27.5 Mil in DRKOOP.com 2.4 Mil in Exoplex. 5.8 Mil in mall.com and 8 Mil in Urban box office.

BTW it was on Pg. 78.

Hope all is well with you, are you still in the NW ?

Take care

Hello Ice Cube....my name is Idaho Pete.....don't ask....my dogs are named Sam and Lady......Your most recent post is, in my opinion, right on target........I was just today, asking some folks at the saloon, how much does a good lamb cost? $120 at the outside.... While the response varied, the consensus was that the lamb that could carry Glenn Zagoren from downtown NY City has yet to have been bred.......I guess an average lamb could a best carry 40 lbs.....Lambs are actually yearlings........and so it goes.......For GZ to "Take It On The Lamb".....would require a good sized herd, all lunches considered...........well, perhaps someone will let us know when they hear the sound of the bell/bells.........BTW....is there a chance someone is making money on shorting this little feller? Who would that be? signed, Idaho Pete

Ice Cube,

>The only money PNLK could get is from JPC. And yes, I have always been rather curious about that "stock sale". I look at the chart and compare it to the "sale" and it sure looks interesting.<

I won't debate that issue, but I will say that if that money is keeping us alive now, it was not only worth it but necessary as well. Quite different than taking it and putting it in his pocket like he could have. He bought us some time until the cloud lifts. I don't see any 144's from management which tells me that they are not bailing or giving up, just tightening the ship as would be expected.

Ice.. PNLK runs their yearly calendar on June 30th. Thus the reporting dates are Feb 14th, May 15th (april has 30 days), Sept 30th, and Nov 14th. Any revenue from the E-Divide conference in Nov 2000 (showing continuosly on PNLTV), should show up in Feb 14th listing....or else.

> For those that think this is the "survivor" of the B2B's, I can tell you that they never left the starting block. There just has never been any revenue and I fail to see where they will get it from. <

Lot's of opp's in the last three years to take it to the next level, but it always seemed like they could never follow their hype with actual implementation. Great hype, great opp's, lousy execution...probably tons of reasons why, many legit...but lousy just the same.

JPC's cash certainly provides continued hope...I would imagine the $4.8 Million private transfer person from last March would cut his b***s off if he just bailed....then he'd really need some Ice Cubes...

Later....txl
