No, If there were only 60 days that not a single ounce of gold were produced in South Africa, or by commercial mining operations in North America & Australia the CB's would be castrated! It is possible no lesser conclusion or remedy will be sufficient.

It is likely, the CB's must be fully destroyed. If their hold is not broken along with their backs & they are not left bleeding to death, fully castrated, in "mining investor Hell", all is lost.
