The silliest thing I ever saw was many investors backing Bush, even though it was clear his tax plan and
old-economy (anti-technology) outlook would poison the economy.

I know. I followed his tax plan in the NyTimes (ggg). I don't believe that that many people actually
read it. If they had, I do not believe that they would have voted for him, especially seniors because
his health plan was not as good as Gore's, but so many people were uninformed.
