CORPORATE PROFILE
Allnet is well established in their business of telecommunications and remote digital surveillance. It also has a 35 % interest in Ecomcard Inc, which has the potential to give huge returns to shareholders.
Allnet Secom Inc (ASZ-V)is a provincially incorporated Canadian company with several wholly owned operating divisions and financial interest in Ecomcard. Allnet Secom was formed for the purpose of acquiring VidSecure Inc. and Allnet Communications Inc. in order to take advantage of the mutual opportunities available in the telecommunications and security industries. Allnet Secom Inc. trades on the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) under the symbol ASZ.
EcomCard Inc. is expected to generate approx. $360 million in revenues during its first 12 months of operation of which $54 million in licence fees is payable to Allnet Secom.
The numbers are based on 'conservative' estimates in a market that has an overall North American potential of over US$800 Billion. Chase Manhatten considered our estimates to be LOW based on their take of the marketplace for an EcomCard vehicle.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EcomCard Inc. Allnet Secom identified several handicaps to the current and near future success of Internet commerce. The ability, safety and guarded desire of the consumer, of all age groups and financial means, to conduct e-commerce was hampered by the available payment methods being offered. With the widespread use of the Internet by people in all walks of life, sales via the Internet were and are relatively small. Allnet Secom identified 3 main target groups that would cause an explosion of Internet related sales, if a satisfactory method of payment were available:
1. Teens (12-18) Unable to conduct e-commerce without the assistance of a parent or other adult in possession of a credit card. 2. Adult credit card holders wary of placing their credit card numbers on the Internet 3. Adults without credit cards (30% of the North American adult population)
The development of the EcomCard overcomes these obstacles by providing a mass marketed, pre-paid, disposable, branded (i.e.MasterCard) payment card that can be used on and off the Internet around the world. One prime uses that has been targeted is the online music industry. With Napster an d MP3.com to charge for downloads, a form of payment needs to be addressed and Ecomcard fits the bill to a tee.
Allnet Secom owns the trademark, copyright and patent-pending rights to the EcomCard and has licensed its rights exclusively to EcomCard Inc. in return for a 15% license fee of all revenues. Allnet Secom also retains an ownership in the common stock of EcomCard Inc.
EcomCard Inc. intends to market, promote and support the launch of the EcomCard through a financial institution currently in negotiations with the company. EcomCard Inc. will also continue the development of the card through further innovation and additional proprietary systems software for the delivery of services and usage data to merchants and other financial institutions.
The conservative anticipated retail market for the EcomCard exceeds $30 Billion within the first 12 months after launch and will grow to in excess of $100 Billion during the second year. Bank revenues (fees) will increase by $5 Billion and $14 Billion respectively. EcomCard Inc. expects to generate gross revenues of approx. $360 million and $950 million respectively.

About EcomCard Inc.
EcomCard Inc. is the sole licensee of the EcomCard concept. The EcomCard was developed to allow everyone, teens, adults with credit cards and adults without access to credit cards, to either conduct on-line transactions or traditional in-store purchasing transactions with the use of a universally accepted payment method devoid of personal information while supplying a degree of financial safety. The EcomCard is loaded with any amount desired by the purchaser at participating merchants and is then activated for use anywhere the cards are accepted worldwide. When the funds have been depleted, the card number is voided and a new card may be obtained. EcomCard Inc. estimates the retail market exceeds US$800 billion in North America alone. EcomCard derives its revenues from various areas of each transaction. The consumer pays nothing extra to acquire or use the EcomCard.
