Amy, Interesting table. Another thing to keep in mind is the overhead of the distributing companies, that have to bring the power to consumers, bill for it, collect it, provide maintenance. I would not be surprised if the overhead was another 4 cents. If you allow for some profit margin, the consumers should pay probably 40 cents, which would reduce consumption, and bring the system in the balance in hurry. Of course I wouldn't expect something this obvious from California state government. Joe
