If you look at that CSCO chart posted earlier and do a trend line from the low in the spring of 97 and the low in the fall of 98 ingnoring the long tail on the 98 low you would project out to 27 on todays chart. You might say that would be the last line of defense as far as an overall positive trend.

It was just a wag....there are some levels on the expanded charts that suggest 27, but I don't feel strongly about it.
