this is elmatador, who admitted that works for ALA competitor Siemens wireless unit, translation. The fact are SBC,VZ,Bell South and Sprint all deployed more DSL lines then expacted in 2000
looks at all above carriers information.
ALA delivered 6 million DSL lines as they stated in early part of 2000 and will double it in 2001.
Elmatador theory in that SBC is dumping 6 billion in Pronto
project just to satisfy FCC.
Chuck judge yourself: big ROBC is wasting 6 billion according
to elamtador, who stated many times that only wireless have future, not DSL or other fixed connections like optics.
BTW, elamtator ALA is defending his business very well, kicking Siemens in Europe in telecom space( with exeption of mobile business where ALA is NOT loosing market shares) big way!!!
