JAPG's NEE should be added...once a network is virtually complete

This is a critical point, if I'm getting the gist right. JDSU's network, for example, is about as complete as it can get. The only way for it to increase the return from the network is on the NEE side--strengthening the links to each member with increased benefits, lower costs, etc., higher levels of integration, higher functionality.

In a similar way, although NTAP's network is far from complete (we hope), WAFL will not only position it to add members but to hike the benefits of current members and thus NEE.
